That was impossible to classify the dishes we serve at Han Restaurant merely as 'Turkish Cuisine' and mold them to any traditional aspect. Adding innovative, modern aspects to well-known presentation styles and flavours through the use of less-used secret ingredients and different cooking techniques, we created delicious menu items from the Anatolian food culture.

By considering this philosophy; our menu comprises different tastes all together. Moreover, the very first criterion for all these flavours are freshness and seasonality. One of the oldest and most adopted values of the Anatolian food culture; 'sharing', is enshrined at Han as a serving style.
